SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September
27, 2026 at approximately 1530 hours, Troopers assigned to the St. Johnsbury
Barracks were notified of an altercation at a residence in the Town of Newbury,
Vermont. Troopers arrived on scene and located Keith Ingalls (40) and Crystal
Reynolds (44) and both were known to have active in-state warrants out for
their arrest. Ingalls was issued a citation to appear at Orange County Superior
Court - Criminal Division on September 28, 2026, at 1230 hours, and Reynolds
was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Reynolds was
later transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex for lack of $100.00
bail and was issued a citation to appear at Orange County Superior Court -
Criminal Division on September 28, 2026, at 1230 hours.
